Yeah, I just had to make such a topic. I'm sorry but I was just wondering. How many female gamers are out there in the world? Yeah, sure, I already know they are not so many. But for starters to get a feeling about an actual quantity, maybe we should start to count the female presents here on Starcraft 2 Forum.

Well, I'm a dude, so I'm waiting for female posts. I promise I stay scientific for this survey. Just post and say that you are female. ... and for the male posters, just be nice!!!

If it wasnt just the topic, it was my last sentence that did it in.

Anyways, i don't really think gender really matters in this regard. We actually had some research in my country a few months ago that showed that more females concidered themselves 'gamers' then males concidered themselves 'gamers'. But no matter it does, hmmm?

Females, in gaming? Now we all know those are a myth.

 

Right off the bat I know 3 girls that where in my guild in WoW.. also I know a couple of girls that play CS.. it's not THAT rare.

 

This definitely can be a legitimate topic, however it can and probably will become illegitimate. I'll go ahead and move it in to SPACE JUNK.

I'm afraid I have the same experience. I don't know why, member I never asked people for their gender before!? OK, I heard of female gamers in Team Fortress 2 and WoW but hell, that's all.

 

I was playing on a MU server with quite a number of girls. Actually the owner is one too.
