I noticed when I was looking at the achievements most of them are "Beta 2v2" do you think blizzard will reset these or let the beta players keep them as sort of a Trophy? like a limited time kinda deal, or is everything going to be reset once the real game comes out?
Pretty sure they intend on resetting achievements, but it would be cool if you can keep them as trophy achievements. WoW afterall had achievements like that I believe. I'm more concerned (and hopeful) that they will allow us to keep usernames.
No, when the beta is over, they are going to do a complete wipe of everything. You'll start from scratch and have to get your name first.
If it is so unique that nobody else will take it in the time before you get it yourself, is the question. I certainly think you will be able to keep it. As far as i have understood too, the identifier is made for making it possible to have multiple names of the same character. Such as my name, it is Phoenix, that is the name, with qulli as the identifier. I certainly think there are other people with with Phoenix as the name, but i am sure nobody have Phoenix as the name with qulli as the identifier.
I'm sure there will be a feat of strength avhievement or two for people who were in the beta. Someone asked Blizzard about it in a chat and Blizzard thought it was a good idea.
