my plan is that the Zerg can produce a nydusworm near a mineral Field and let their drones go trough this too a hatchery so that they needn't make extra hatchery at the mineral field.they are getting quick ressources! maybe they can morph a nydus worm to a yellow mineral field and let their drones collect minerals drones there without having a hatchery at this point. the vantages: u can save money for the hatchery u can send Ur drones back when they are attacked for the functionality of this strategy is it needed that the nydus stays the whole time there and that the drones are intelligent enough for go trough the nydus and back to the minerals and the nydus must be buildable in normal ground also no slime edit: an example: i want too get in a late game quick ressources as zerg player. I build a nydius canal at a mineral field to a hatchery so that my drones can trough the nydius canal to the mineral Field and back trough the nydius canal to my hatchery...

Re: alternate methods for getting ressources mmmh this is right but u can only deffend this station with units and not with buildings because than u need a hatchery again so its not easy too def and its easy to kill it.also u only can do this in a late game.

Re: alternate methods for getting ressources but it's no problem for a skilled Terran player to stop this he can lay at all mineral fields and hats not much on a 1vs1 map lay a spidermine(when they come back) or let a cobra standing there and e would see it quickly when the zerg player make a nydus there also the zerg player can't nyd there because it needs a time and the nydus would be eliminated. so i find its a good tactic.

Re: alternate methods for getting ressources yes that's right ,but : -u can only do this at late game, because need a swarmstock -u have at late game most good ressources or most expos are already taken from other players -At late game there are better weapons for all races and there are one more or one less not bad and the most expo's are scouted and when u are toss t the most u have a observer. -the possibility of being dead before u can build this nydus is high So yes it's only overpowered when Ur enemy haven't much expos or haven't much units too attack the zerg nyduses

Then everytime u play against Zerg, that would mean "Damit I need atleast 2 marins at every mineral field to be able to cancel his nydus worm." GG for that Terran or Protoss, 2 bad u play against zergs. I would agree on this Idea if the nydusworm cost more then a hatchery. Like 1.5 times more, but gets buildt faster. Np for me.
