An elaboration.. Fenix?

Mods, if you're going to play the bureaucracy game then perhaps you would be so kind to tell me why me, sniper, and lobster, were delt temp bans and not ANY members of Clan E?

We can argue all day about who instigated attacks here, but ultimatly one side was punished and served its time, while the other side of whom is equally responsible and to blame in some cases here gets away squat free.

I dunno if Fenix forgot, but...;

After reading their forums rules, yes, they do have to obide by this one, of which they broke time and time after time again. But hey, i dont like brining this up, I had a blast in there. Im just pissed at how the mods handled the situation;

All of which by Shadow[E] the person responsible for moderating their boards? I cant believe you put a board in control of such immaturity, nevermind who starts stuff, you dont argue back by calling them pedo's or threats of violence, or by censoring the other sides posts and even editing them to your favour. WHAT IS THIS BULL****?


Now, thats like, 5% of the bull**** that was thrown at us, HOWEVER, im not saying that us 3 are not to blame, NOR am i saying that 'us 3' in a manner of implying that we worked together, because we didnt. What im pointing at here is the fact that it is now somewhat irrelevant who instigated such attacks, as BOTH sides are responsible to lesser and greater extents, but only ONE side was blamed? One side was banned? Whats the deal? They CLEARLY broke the rules, in fact, they broke the rules more times than any of us did there .

Fenix - its as if you looked at the Ho Ha and said 'Oh, people posting in Clan E'..

And then forgot to do the other half of your JOB that involves looking into situations like this and finding out who and wtf is to blame and then dropping the ban hammer in a JUST manner. Is the clan not open to other outsiders? In that respect what were you banning on the basis of? Ban us, which you did, just make sure you elaborate on why the **** you didnt ban their party for the sheer amount of immature bull**** they dropped on us.

Please elaborate, i would seriosuly like to know if you even glanced at the whole situation, nevermind knew what caused it.

 

I am with you 100% and I know why the other half didn't get bunnd:

1. Bribe or sweet-talk.
2. They pay, it would be odd for him to ban somebody that pays to be here.

And not only that, but Fenix DID warn us. He locked a thread with a final warning saying that if anybody outside the clan posts in there then he will give anything from a 3 day to a permban..

I'd like an expanation on THAT. Not why nobody from the clan was banned (look at my reasons). I'd like to know why he gave a warning and then just changed his mind and banned us all instead.

Next time don't give a warning.

I suppose that makes sense, them not being banned then. I had seriously hoped Fenix would be above such bias though.

In respect to warnings; Indeed, but its somewhat irrelevant to my point, (i'll let you guys discuss yours, as i was not present at the beginning of the arguments..)

 

I didnt post in the clan thing after, and if I did... I dont think I did.

 

None of us posted in the boards after Fenix gave the warning.

It was just, simply ridiculous. Im not one to ***** on people, but this is hard even for my standards.

The very reason i was there was linked heavily into me ACTUALLY believing that they were joking, i was rofling so hard when they editied my posts to stuff like; 'I have been owned by Clan empire!'

And reading their posts like ; "I wouldnt hunt ur faggot ass down, your to ez, if i could own u on the internet, i could own u in RL. NUFF SAID"

I was lmaoing for ages at the fact that you guys were reaching personal threats. But then i read the rest of their posts on the forum and they talked exactly the same... I was like; 'wtf, i thought they talk in this manner because they were ****ing with the whole -im a leet speaker- kinda thing.

And then i realised you were all goddamn serious, and i felt like facepalming so hard at their whole place :s.


@Sniper - You served your time, and it was Lombar who 'cried to the mods first', one of theirs. As immature as that whole idea is .

My problem is not really with shadow anymore, i have my opinions with him and i have expressed them, its with the mods handling of the situation, i dont have anything to discuss with him >.<.

You are or course, completely free to post here and tell us why you were not banned for breaching the foundation rules of the site multiple times howver Shadow, perhaps you can shed some light on your ownership of the boards, payment and whatnot.

 

I <3 shadow so much. He is like my idol.

 

Whenever a certain some1 pokes his head in here the last thing that shed upon us is light..

I dont see anything odd about that. It costs money to run a site, and this relationship does 2 things:

1. gives sc2forums some money to help pay to run the site
2. likely cheaper for ClanEmpire to pay to be here than pay to run thier own forum.

Both sides come out ahead

Please be specific when you label people as bashing other members posting habits, are you referring to me? Of which in a manner of speaking, proving that calling someone a 33 year old pedo as a posting habit is a BAD thing is paramount to pointing out my problem with Fenix's choices.
