The Blizzard Merchandise Store has updated its look! The design and layout of the store and its items have been updated, and there have also been some feature additions. It appears that Blizzard is focusing its energy on media downloads of its titles, such at Warcraft III and the StarCraft series. The StarCraft series is available for media download for $14.99, roughly $15 less than you would pay for the Battlechest in a physical store. You can also download your digital copy of any game bought Also, according to the registration page you have the option to enter your account in the Blizzard Beta Lottery which enters you into consideration for future Blizzard beta testing. This is available to all eligible accounts created in the Blizzard store. This should be a pretty easy method of some of you guys being considered for beta testing! Make sure to register! In addition some new products have been unveiled including a new SC:BW anthology. Happy shopping!
Nice. This should solve the problem of lost or scratched discs and I love beta testing. If I were in the scouts I'd ask for a beta testing merit badge. HUH this is odd. I entered my SC key and it says its Starcraft Anthology.
It might. Any word on the keys that were gevien out at last year's blizzcon? Fingers crossed for SC2 and D3 beta for me === Ya know when WotLK and SC2 are released I bet the "Register your game" thing they always try to push on you will become a link to the Blizzard Account site
Wow, just my SC vanilla serial code got me both games (SC + broodwar). Since they both sell together at 15, maybe they are now considered one game. Now I can do away with my scratched BW cd! HAHA! Since they are registering for the lottery for the beta, does this mean that the beta will begin in about/less than a month???!
I wouldn't count on it. They are still activeley changing units around. Also it didn't specifically state the SC2 beta it stated ALL betas so basicly you are on the list for SC2, D3, WC4, ect.
I registered hours ago and still have not a received a confirmation email... I know I entered the correct email. I wonder if the whole thing is being over loaded with requests...or how ever servers work.
