when playing PvZ I usually go seige tanks and slowly push on the zerg

but would it be worth to get blue flame helions in to replace my seige tanks? zergs tend to go mutaling against me and given that helions are cheaper (i think?) and much much faster than seige tanks I could achieve the same level of zergling roasting with helions as with seige tanks

would it be worth to trade tanks for helions in order to get a more mobile and cheaper army?

could also use those helions for obnoxious mineral line drops as im already getting medivacs anyway

Siege tanks are countered by zerglings so if you've been making tanks against lings then you've been going easy on your opponents. What league are you in?

im gold league and my main race is zerg. There is nothing more than i hate in this world than siege tanks, hellions my ***, they get chewed up by roaches, hydras, queens, ultras, infested marines, zerglings, and any air units, i have never lost to blue flame.

But siege tank, backed up by a scuadron of marines with a couple of medivacs is the perfect strategy against zerg. hellions suck!

Hellions are actually fairly helpful against hydras.

If it wasn't said before, helions molest lings, All T armies should have some helions in the front, if for nothing other than to scout. Or cook some workers..

Since the last patch Hellions don't seem to be used much at all except to scout or poke with some harrass. The range the early game roach has now sort of killed the hellion harass for me anyway when I play Terran.
They are great to run out infront of your main army of Thors, Marines to roast the lings or absorb the blings mid to late game.
