Peoples' immaturity astounds me. He's at my assigned breakfast table (I'm in boarding school) so I can't avoid him, and he's like the RL version of an internet troll; he wills himself not to understand insults directed at him, no matter how scathing. So, crack him upside the head with a food tray next time I see him, or nark to a teacher and encourage him?
How good are you at psychological warefare? I always had fun messing with the assholes at my school. Also, of course if you can dig up some dirt on him and blackmail him, handling him becomes less difficult.
I would agree with dark. First things first thugh. 0.5. Talk to the guy. And aruge your point. 1. Decide if hes 7 foot tall and if getting into it will be a bad idea 2. Decide if you want to risk the physical rammifications of the fight! (i dunno you might, crack your fists or what not) 3. Decide if you will get kicked out xD. 4. Decide if he really makes you that angry, and if he deserves it... Once you got past that: 1. Check if hes with friends, if he is and you still want to go ahead, then.. 2. Decide if his friends will jump in... 3. Challenge him to a duel and yell chicken if his friends appear to want to join in.

Ignore him. Pretend he's not even there. Look through him, don't react to anything he says or does. It's f*cking epic, I do it.
Many people are not worthy of our attention. People that feel a need to bully others are primitive and ignorant, I have always completely ignored such people. Then one of two things will happen, either they will get tired and bored because ur not responding to them OR they will get physical and try to fight you, at which point you just punch them in the throat and be done with it. Just make sure they attack you first. And itd be even better if it was in front of a camera..
You could always go the opposite way and.... *Warn your friends first* Become insanely creepy. Like, stare at him when he's talking to you with a blank expression and not blinking. Stuff like that.
Where'd Fenix get that? Also, as always, I endorse the mind screw option. Menal blows are longer lasting and provide much more leverage, though they do take more skill to pull off than hitting someone. Totally worth it though, and whats better, you can't be expelled for mental combat.
