    She is doing it on purpose but I find it interesting because this can be used as a exagerated video of how obnoxious teen girls around her age act.

    sorry fenix to try to explain the pychological reasoning behind why it facinates people would take a while so ill shorten it for you

    she is what you call different in the way she presents herself and teenage guys (or immature guys of other ages) (like sniper) like different in this day and age ( atleast here in america more so the desperate ones) and girls like that spaztic ness because they know its a exagerated version of how they are.

    Its quirky and fun :D You just present yourself differently fenix. Sorta like me. Although, no girls like you when your like that. When I hit puberty though. Chicks come at you......... Also, I would love to meet her. Or find a girl like her. Actually rare to find someone like that who isnt ugly.
