cant get Vent to work!

so i haz vent, and a working microphone, yet when i push the PTT button and talk in the microphone, no one hears me.

I have fiddled a little with the options, but still it aint working

any tech-wizzes here able to help me out?

 

never mind, got it to work, now my guildmates can enjoy my sexy voice.
