Clannad

Just started watching it today, and I'm amazed how fast this anime can make me go from feeling happy to sad and back to happy gain. And this occurs multilpe times in a single episode. However, it never feels that its trying to force emotions onto me.

I'd heard of this anime many times, but haven't started watching it until now. I think ijffdrie mentioned/recommended this anime before, and I definately recommend it to any anime fans on this forum!

I'd say high school romance.

I sounds generic with the whole "ppl having troubled pasts" and multiple girls liking the same guy, but it's relly good at setting up the mood using music.

Just to note: there is a season 2 called Clannad After Story.

IMO, season 2 has a more emotional story mainly because 2 characters die during this season and you see how some of the other characters react and change from it.
