    MUA HA HA

    GO GATORS!!!!!!

Lol I'm sorry niner. That sucks. My cousin goes to UM. I'm actually a secondary UM fan. I like the Wolverines. But at least you're better than OSU, right?

F*ck the 3 point loss last year. I feel bad for you guys, but I do feel it's time for a new coach for you guys.

If you bow before the Gators you'll be assured a 2nd place position in our hearts.

At least we now share a common enemy in OSU. ;)

BTW I have NO idea who Appalachian State is, but I assume they're a bunch of hillbillies.... How did you guys screw up that bad?!!!

BTW, you're always welcome in Titletown!

I have no idea how we screwed up so bad. It was literally the biggest upset in college football history. My entire campus was depressed tonight. And I agree - Lloyd Carr needs to go. I could make better play calls sometimes.

I just hope we can beat OSU this year, and maybe even win the lowly bowl game we get into. Otherwise I might die.

Haha no worries, in general you're a great team. Just beat OSU this year.

Bunch of overinflated acorns is what they are.

    LATEST:

Michigan loses AGAIN to Oregon! :p (39-7) OUCH!!!

Auburn gets crapped on by USF in OT (26-23) MAJOR OUCH! Huge upset ;);).

USF shoulda beaten them by more but apparently were incapable of making field goals lol.

UF (of course) trashes Troy University.. I was there for that one.... (59-31)

Miami gets THRASHED by Oklahoma State!

Hey guys, just wanted to give you a heads up on a great game.....

    !!!!!!UF Gators vs Tennessee Volunteers!!!!!!!

3:00 pm EST on CBS TOMORROW, Saturday!

Don't miss it. Urban Meyer has called for the entire stadium to wear blue to "blue-out" the Tennessee team since they have a similar (yet gayer) shade of Orange to ours. Don't miss the thrashing.

It'll actually be a good game. I'll be there, so look for the Tietz! It'll be like the probe Where's Waldo for the mineral hunt!

Where's Tietz in the sea of blue?

What's worse is that ABC picked it up for prime time coverage... what a waste.

"Looks like Michigan is going to take the lead...not the it really matters because both of these teams are in the Just Don't Lose To Us Or You'll Be Just As Screwed league."

"Oop, but Notre Dame is making a comeback, of course it won't do any good seeing as how the last time they won a serious rivalry was when they allowed duels."

    -BUMP

After reading the analysis of the UF/UT game everyone around here is getting a little jumpy.

Tebow put up stats that make him look like a strong Heisman candidate, even this early in the season.

Percy Harvin has developed into a true weapon. He's insane. And we have a wide receiver corp that is three ranks deep, literally. We have 9 capable receivers. 8 of which have scored a touchdown so far in 3 games. Even with Andre Caldwell out for a game (and now he's going to be out against Ole Miss) it didn't slow the offense one bit....

I mean... 59 points against a good SEC rivalry opponent? That's unheard of.

Not like we're playing Stanford *snicker*.

Our offense is looking absolutely unstoppable. The only giant that is even being compared at this point is LSU. Everyone else is dropping like flies, it seems. Of course, Urban Meyer is insane and prepares like there's going to be a 100 year war.

Our defense has matured and looks great on and off the field.... I'm looking forward to the LSU game as we're dominating the SEC East as of now.

We have Penn State next week - they are currently looking like the possible Big Ten champions at the moment. If we can play well and beat them, maybe we can win out after all. It all depends if our defense actually plays!

At least your team didn't have to play USC last week. It was horrible, the 1st half was an interesting game for the most part but the second half was a slaughter. Poor Huskers, USC offensive line had complete control. They opened up holes big enough for trucks so that their inhuman freshman fullback could blast deep into the secondary. There first to offensive plays were both rushes over 40 yeards. The ended up scoring in 4 plays from being pinned on their own 3. Nebraska came back for a while but it didn't last. So sad.

Well... how much does that say for the Big 10 when Penn State is dominating this early in the season?

You guys need to pick it up. Of course, that's happening in ALL of the conferences. I can't say Auburn and Georgia have been doing very well.... Alabama is finally ranked again. Lol.

But whatever happens I think the best Michigan can hope for is coming out on top of the Big 10 and getting a decent bowl berth. That's if they stop LOSING! ;)

LSU vs UF is going to be the matchup to watch. I can't believe USC is still #1. They have done NOTHING to deserve it.

The Big Ten has not adjusted to modern football, unfortunately. We are still recruiting big, slow players and playing old-fashioned football. We NEED to adjust to the speed that is now so important. And my Wolverines in particular have to stop calling the same old plays. I just hope that at the end of the season Coach Carr retires and we get somebody sweet. I would be thrilled if it was LSU's coach (which I have heard is a definite possibility as his family is already all living in Michigan). A new modern coach would turn the whole program back into a consistent winner.

And I hate USC. Just saying.

USC did beat Nebraska pritty badly while in Lincoln while Neb was ranked 14, that's something.

However, after watching USC I can say their passing game is really weak.  If they come up against a good defensive line that can kill their running game, they're f'ed.  The lost their two best recievers by far.  In fact, they probably rely'ed to much on those recievers and didn't give the other's enough chance to really get good so this year they will suffer.  Don't expect USC to be the champions this year but they might still be #1 even after next week.

PS, even if Michigan gets a new coach it will still take a few years to rebuild the school's program especially if they are going from old school football to modern football. Looking at Neb as an example. They use'd to be a one trick pony, option play after option play with a few up the gut just for kicks. Now with Callihan they are a west coast offense with a good solid mix of rushing and passing. However, it is taking time to recruit the players suited for this offense. Our QB is the senior second string from ASU who left for UNL so he could start. That doesn't inspire much confidence.

So even if you get a new coach, which would be great, don't expect positive change to quickly.
