I just visited Blizzard's D3 page and noticed on the right lower corner a PEGI sign of 16+. Well, that seems to be the rating of D3 now, but hell, shouldn't be it 18+ because all of the blood in the game? I think so...

in most countries 18+ is enforced. This way they can make the game pretty gritty without losing 12-17 year old customers

It seems to be true that Americans have only a little problem with violence compared to other countries. But that violence in D3 is OK for me. Actually I really like how it bursts the monsters apart.

Actually 16 is a good idea for Blizzard. Because if it was 18+ then it would not be sold in a lot of countries. As they have to 18+. Liek Australia for example. Anything 18+ is simply not allowed to be sold here. But many countries are trying to get it so those games can be sold.
