It looks as if a handful of programmers created this as a hobby project because the sound effects are bland and poor quality, and some were ripped (vulture grenade, UT2004 Avril, etc.). The video doesn't make me want to play the game because it doesn't seem to offer anything new.
Fallen empires legion (The FPS/TPS) is actually a direct copy of the game tribes. I used to play a bit on instant action each games fun for about 30 minutes then it gets really repetitive. But most of the games are free and kinda quirky in their own way so you might want to check it out if your ever bored.
Good concept of the browser games, but truly...these sorts of games belong on a disk and my desktop, not on a browser.
