There was a news article in a newspaper a few weeks ago(won't link it since it's dutch), which stated that the average amount of cannabis users in Europe was 7%, with the Netherlands being at 5%. This actually came as quite a surprise to me. Does this mean that to many people cannabis is only fun since it is forbidden?
Comparing Europe users to Netherlands users is a bit stupid because, in Netherlands you get 10 out of 200 people smoking cannabis according to the population of 16 millions. And in Europe there are like 10 out of 140 using drugs. That means the average of drug users in NL is higher than the average of drug users in Europe since europe has over 800 millions pop. Which points out, NL People use WAY more drugs than the whole European population.
erm, no. Its about percentages, not absolute numbers. 5 in every 100 dutch smoke da weedstuffz, while 7 in every 100 european peepz do da boingsucking
Egocentric are you serious? I am sorry but you seriously have to work on your math and/or analytical skills.
Yes, i have heard that fewer people smoke cannabis in Netherlands than in the rest of Europe. And, if it´s mainly tourists, then very few smoke cannabis, since they have a lower percentage in the start.
