all the annoying scenes(aka starring anakin) in the prequels were worth sitting through for this music
Original Duel of the fates was with Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan vs Darth Maul if I recall. I choose to remember that one. Cause Qui-Gon Jinn is pretty much awesome.

Indeed. John Williams is the man. As awesome as duel of the fates is there's no beating the Imperial march.
that would be imperial march. And say what you want about the lame lines, episode 3 had an epic piece of music in it as well during anakin vs ben: "battle of the hero's"
As far as Sith in the films go, he's well awesome, a definite number 2. However, Qui-Gon Jinn is played by Liam Neeson.
