    aye all,

so,... was wondering who here plays sport, or trains or somthing?

footy, runners, weights, boxin, anyone here cycle?

ive been real slack, i was fit for a while then over did it one day, was a big mess n'set me back then i stopped all together for a couple years... only now am i startin to get back into it but ive got a long way to go

just do a bit of cycling and presses n'pulls, im pretty weak at the moment though and im not pushin heaps hard im just cruisin into it all

so yeah, tell what you do, or your thoughts on fitness, or any tips, any routines,

how you manage to keep yourself motivated, or why you cant get motivated,

    talk talk talk,

    do it.

I swim bike and lift.Usually the biking is me trying to get somewhere, but its the same effect.
Swimming i go do twice a week, and lifting is every day 7 days a week. Some days i bench and do abs, other days ill do legs and arms. What keeps me motivated is that i've been doing it so long and it feels awkward when i dont

    yup, phys ed is good,

anyway's to go outside and run for about half a hour is a really good way to train condition, or you could go and swim, also a good choice

im not big on the gym, i dont like seein people i know there cause they end up tryin to compete with me and i cant keep up with em haha

i prefer just liftin bodyweight at the bars on the beach

im not big on running either, me left knee doesnt like it.... thats why i cycle now, im doin roughly 50k rides but not smoothly yet... only just started, but hopefully soon ill do 60k every few days. i need to see everythin go past to stay motivated while riding, if im just doin cardio on a still bike at a gym i cant do it, seeing numbers on a tiny screen doesnt help me keep it up, flyin through suburbs though that keeps me goin
