Help! Since the update in August 2012, it now says I only have Starter Edition?

There was a new patch in early August 2012. I let it update. I guess one of the bigger new features is the "Arcade" option.

Anyways, back to my problem: now that I have the new update installed, it seems to think I only have the starter edition, as if I never purchased the full game. (I did buy the full game, at Best Buy, a few months ago.)

I've tried going into my account and typing in my CD key, and it didn't work.

It does still recognize my username and password.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Additionally: It seems to have wiped out my match history. It says I have to play the 5 "league placement matches". (I had already played about 180 ranked matches when I ran into this problem as I described in the first post in this thread.)
