Heroes' Nathan Petrelli

    So I was working at the Marine Corps Air Show in San Diego.. and I was just minding my own business and tagging people's wrist's with bands since I was working at the VIP section that needed special entry. And guess who magically appears in front of me to get his wrist band.. Nathan Petrelli from the show Heroes! I got his autograph and a picture:

    I must say that he really is a cool guy. Very normal and kind. He was at the show with some guy (his bodyguard?) and his 2 children. So yea when we came up to him and asked for his signature he was like, "sure! I'm actually glad you guys asked." It was weird because there was at least 30-40 people around us and I guess no one else knew it was him or who he was (who the **** doesn't watch Heroes?). We all chatted it up a bit and such, the usual small talk. He expressed his gratitude for what the military has done for this country and said, "without you guys I wouldn't be able to do what I do".

    Anyways it is just good to know that not every actor is an asshole that thinks they're so far above the public eye (I've heard Simon Cowell from American Idol is a really really nice guy in real life).

    You know the little kid with gherri curls and can control machines? He goes to my school. His name's Noah. One of the coolest kids ever. A freaking genius too. He's a concert pianist and he takes advanced Calculus.

    Ahh I see. Well I'm sure Ive seen you somewhere, just can't recall. Glad to see another member from San Diego though!

    Nice. A ton of celebrities and stars are actually really nice IRL. I've met James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich of Metallica and they're both really awesome guys. A lot of these people you would want to be friends with even if they weren't filthy rich and famous.

    that would be me, it is on my to do list though, right after Dragon ball, dragon ball z, dragon ball gt, stargate atlantis season 5, naruto, fullmetal alchemist el tigre season 2 and doctor who season 5
