Well at times I get what I call the "gaming blues". Where no matter what happens, even a release of a new good game will spark my interest to play games. Like you can have a bad day at work. Some people can have an off day for video pr computer gaming and not want to play for a long time. And my question to you all is what do you do to get back into gaming when you are just not that into it at the time?
I get it after I stay too long at work for a few days. Then I just start playing something and it's gone. But Higgs' right, if you don't feel like playing you should find something constructive to do until you get it back
i just preform a ritual by maiming myself in front of the mirror, then when i go back to games it seems a lot better. But seriously, i just play what i want, or read, you could always do that.
I get this slightly differently, I want to play a game, but either a) it's not out yet(Starcraft II being an example), or b) I don't have it. It's very frustrating. If I can't find anything to play, I just read a book, watch TV or surf the forum
i relax read a book or go to a place I dont go to very often its a migical world my parents call it outside...i call it...its time for either school or work and either one tires me the hell out to the point where ive got to get a headshot befor i go to bed =P
That isn't good man. You know you spend a third of your life asleep? Seriously, someone who is 70 years old has been asleep longer then someone our age has even existed. It's kind of a scary thought when you think about it. Sleeping less is as about as close as you can get to a longer life. Just sleep as much as you need. Ark. I just go hang out with friends, and their games spark my interest more then my own and it gets me back in a gaming mood.
Same! My best friend will just start talking about a new game he's playing, and I'll have to start playing it xD.
