oh... pi yeah, I've heard that before - I don't believe it tho, the whole "perfect ratio" thing... it uses an arbitrary system - they take a pleasing face and then find approximate pi ratios - but saying the face is pretty, because the line from the eye to the cheekbone or whatever is pi, is pretty silly - why not draw the line from the eye to the nostril, or temple, or any other random spot - it's a bunch of self-fulfilling prophecies not to mention - it doesn't work on the ppl who are considered the most attractive with"exotic" features
And that is precisely why I don't believe in the "perfect ratio"... I can't speak for the ladies, but I'm pretty sure that is not their ideal.
It must have something about it because that same figure was copied continuously for hundreds of years. You can even find some statues of Jesus patterned after Dorypheros
and this is of course the perfect woman. -------------- they thought the world was flat for hundreds of years too... and that women were property, and that bleeding would make sick ppl better - pffft @ what they thought
