    Meh, Marvel would have gotten sued if the guy in the american suit did not always give the right example and never touched alcohol.

    on an unrelated note; The fact that everyone claims this guy has no powers is irritating to say the least.

    to quote a random superhero from the Marvel universe:
    'How amazing! The guy with no superstrength is stronger than the guy with superstrength!'
    Wouldn't that automatically qualify him for superstrength at least?


    On a related(to the first part) note: The new Captain America has lived some time in Russia though. He probably still can get drunk, but needs a ridiculous amount of vodka.


    edit: Many marvel characters with healing factors suffer from this, including wolverine(he gets together with a guy who drains powers once a year to get really drunk), ultimate tony stark and possibly spider-man(who of course is to responsible to ever have drunken alcohol)
