    ...except that I found out that either I get a regular camera for $300 and crank up the fps reducing the resolution to something like 70p or I have to win the lottery to be able to pay $50,000-$150,000.
    Technology, y u no cheap?

    Well, mostly because the production facilities necessitated for your specific product need to be quite large, while the target group is small. This means that high costs are spread over few people, resulting in high prices.

    Which is why I want all of you to start buying high-speed cameras thus deflaitng the prices.
