if you have a PS3 get MAG, although i thought it would be a chaotic fps...it isn't it seems. Players seem to be happy with it otherwise - become addicted to WoW...like a true blizzard fan
No console (just PSP). As for WoW. The thing is, I've done it several times already. I'll be really considering playing it when Cataclysm changes the starter areas so it's not the same thing all over again, but for now I don't feel like going through it yet again.
Hey ! What about Diablo. I would like to try this game, never played to it. Diablo 3 seems to be an awesome game so I would like to play Diablo and Diablo 2 before playing Diablo 3. And those games will help me wait for Starcraft 2. Who has already played Diablo ? Is there an expansion set ? Are they great games ? No shop sell them anymore I will see on ebay.
Diablo IS great. Can't say if you'll like it, but you should give it a try. Diablo 1 doesn't have an exp made by Blizzard, but there's "Hellfire" made by Sierra or someone. D2 you should be able to find battlechests or something for in a shop. Or try ebay if you will.
If you want to play Diablo 2. I would suggest you play a Diablo 2 mod and not vanilla Diablo 2. Why? Just because it's different to vanilla and gives this old game some new life. And I have found a good mod still with active developers on it. Median XL http://modsbylaz.hugelaser.com/ Sure you can't play on open Battle.net with the mod. But for other multipalyer/single player it's well worth looking into. I play if from time to time and I quite like it. Cause most of the other Diablo 2 mods out there are discontinuted and don't work on the lastest patch 1.12/1.13. So look for a cheap battle chest in store or dlwnload via the Blizz website. The battle chest might be cheaper though. But beware there is no OS X installers in the store bought Diablo 2 CDs. Getting them without downloading the entire game again from Blizzard (mind you you do not have to pay again if you register your instore bought copy on the Blizzard website) is hard. Battle Chest (old version) = Diablo 1, Diablo 2, Diablo 2 expansion: Lord Of Destruction and A guide book to Diablo 2 (Vanilla D2 and not any mods). Battle Chest (new version) = the same as above but the first Diablo game is removed from the package.
All right, thank you the8thark for your reply. But I will try to find what I'll look for in ebay.BE. You know I will try to find somebody in Belgium (where I live), in Brussels, who owns Diablo and other Diablo related products and wants to sell them. I'll move myself. And I have not yet searched in the stores myself. In fact the big stores don't sell those games anymore (I don't understand why ...) but I'll surely find out those games in little independant shops which sell second (or third, or fourth, etc...) hand products.
