    There has been this question that i have spent time on the last days. Didnt want to post it - until now, it is. I think there are signs to worry about.

    In an ideal world ofcourse SC2 will come out sooner or latere. But we are not in an ideal world, and there are signs towards that the US dollar is on the verge of inflation, even maybe hyperinflation.
    The worst predictions says it could go out of control in November. However this is only signs and it could also just be a rare weak moment which will soon be over.

    But lets just say the US dollar hyperinflate in november, would SC2 then hit the streets anyway?

    So far as i have understood Blizzard is located in California and thus is in America.

    Inflation = currency loose value
    hyperinflation = currency loose value and is out of control

    Patience thy young jedi. Soon enough the powers above will release Starcraft 2 into your hands. In time you'll come to know the greatness that is being made. All in time is such a good thing that can not be rushed.

    i assume your not from the US, and if so...you prolly watch Fox News, which eats your brain cells

    The US economy is slowly stabilizing, there ALWAYS remains the risk of hyperinflation in EVERY economy, in the US if anything...we will be more stable in november.

    be calm.

    lets get this thread closed, i do not want to see economic ranting in a SC2 forum

    As has already been said the U.S. economy is getting more stable not less so. Also, if the U.S. went through hyperinflation (which is extremely unlikely) you should have a lot more to worry about than playing a video game because the world economy is going to go down the crapper in a big hurry.

    EDIT: Since the this thread is obviously going to get uncivil I am locking this topic now.
