    When I go to matchmaking, it searches for a few seconds then I get an error

    S2MASTER_SERVER_INVALID_DATA.

    :( any ideas?

    same here. i have windows vista sp1 with amd athlond 3000+ and bfg tech nvidia 9800.
    what about you?

    Sounds like your beta client is out of region. Did you download the client from a non-Blizzard source?

    Also, 90% of the issues with the beta client are solved by right clicking the program and selecting "Run as Administrator."

    not that

    i downloaded the client right after patch 11 from battle.net. it worked fine until this last patch, after which all of my battlenet data (ladders, profile, etc.) was deleted, and the client said there was no one on battlenet. matchmaking wouldnt work, and the only thing that did was downloading maps. when i tried to create a custom game it said that it could not connect to a server.

    -edit- the run as administrator work-around fixed another issue i was encountering. after the servers are back up i will try it again and see if i can connect, the bug may have been fixed in this update.

    Well this is now quite a common issue and occurring for just about everyone. Just gotta wait for an official fix.
