I got an email via my battle.net account address saying I had two keys, these keys looked legit and all. Subject: StarCraft(r) II: Wings of Liberty(TM) Beta Test - Invite a Friend Recipient: SC2betaUS (SC2betaUS@blizzard.com) It looks legit enough right? Not a way for me to get scammed?
well, seeing as though its @blizzard.com i'd say so.. but not having a beta key i'd wait until someone who got a email says its all good... NAH JKS! i'd just pump it into my b.net account. I'd be way too excited!
Okay thats is seriously one of the sneakiest ways ever to beg for a key. Btw, what could go wrong? If you got 2 keys just enter them on your friends account and maybe they work If it's a link be sure to check the link you see in the status bar in the lower corner to be sure it's the same as the official site. Edit: msg to the guy above me, having @blizzard in the address means nothing. You can spoof email addresses
Yeah the email address shows no authenticity, I am pretty certain it's real as there's no actual way for them to lead me away from Battle.net
