    you don't have a balanced computer... you don't want to go all out on one aspect of your computer.

    you have nothing to use your 8gb of RAM to good capacity.
    To answer your question, no you cannot play on Ultra, smoothly that is. Big battles will lag you for sure.

    - your processor needs to be core i5 at least
    - motherboard, you need to find suitable for your i5
    - memory/RAM is fine, but not the one of the best ways to go.
    - hard drive is good
    - video card <--- stay away from the Sapphire, get a nVidia 460 GTX or better (best deal for quality)
    - your case is fine. drawbacks: heavy, you want light material for carrying and so that it doesn't heat up as much
    - power supply, you are scrapping the bottom, if you decide to upgrade your computer in the future, you are probably going to have to change your power supply with it.

    unfortunately, computers that can run sc2 on Ultra nicely, are around $1000
