    Some people say that the beta along with the AI will be available for all to download and play (I heard it was 60%). Some people say it's nearly done. Is this true? Is this illegal? What has Blizzard said regarding this?

    I think he is referring to attempts to crack the beta.

    If he is, that is a no-no on these forums.

    Oh I dobt this very much. I'm sure once retail is released every one of the beta keys will be disabled and the beta servers shutdown. Forcing you to buy retail. Mind you I would not be surprised if the demo was just a few extra Siingle Player missions like the SC1 demo was.
