John F. Kennedy's address before the american newspaper publishers association on April 27, 1961, informs us of the dangers of secrecy, and a need of increased security among other important issues, and even exposes the existence of a shadow government. It is a very important speech by the last true american president, and if you haven't heard it yet, I implore you to do so. The speech is rather long, so rather than posting it here I will instead provide an audio link for it: JFK Speech His speech is relevant to the dangers we face today of government, secrecy, and increased need for security so I implore anyone to take the time to read and reflect on this address, and discuss it for its relevance to us today. I dare to discuss his most controversial part of his speech, "For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. It conducts the Cold War, in short, with a war-time discipline no democracy would ever hope or wish to match."
From the quote I am pretty sure he refers to the eastern block rather than some sort of NWO which you hear about today.
He also refers to it as something operating on such a decree that humanity has always been opposed , speaking about it in more general terms rather than strickly referring it to the USSR. He alerts of the dangers of secrecy, increased needs for security, and etc in reference to that quote. His message was that any government, including the USA, operating in such a manner could turn a free society into fascism. Kennedy also had plans to abolish the Fed, federal reserve bank that is which is also shrouded in conspiracy theories, shortly before his assassination. It was on June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest. A truly great president he was to have put more care into the interests of the american people rather than the powerful and corrupt, and to lead with a sense of compassion and wisdom. It pains my heart that a great man like that was assassinated, although not surprising to me.
Wasn't he referring to the Freemasons brotherhood conspiracy ? Or also the capitalists and sionists who controled (and control now too) the main entities of the government ? Maybe this has lead to his assassination. I don't believe the communists are behind his assassination.
@SOGEKING No one said Eastern bloc communists were behind it. That would be an act of war and they had no reason to kill JFK as he wasn't particularly aggressive towards them compared with the alternatives. I mean nutty communists could've done it but nothing reveals that nor do any of us care about that situation. I just listened to the whole speech and he was definitely without a doubt referring to communism and eastern bloc nations. Just typical American propaganda to describe the situation. Especially since he is describing the situation to the press and telling them to not print Intelligence, technological and military based material as even though there is no war the press must act like a war situation is happening already. Furthermore in the introduction he uses Marx and Engels to link the press and Communism in a jovial fashion and break the ice. As well as this he creates a historic setting referring back to the Bay of Pigs catastrophe which occurred several days earlier. The American government had screwed up big time and JFK was saying that revealing the magnitude of the screw up did him credit I mean you can read whatever you want into anything but I’m sure if you pick any presidents' speech during the cold war they will describe the situation thus. If you read JFK's other speeches he maintains a mildly poetic tone when he is describing any broad theme such as communism which seems to be so much fun to quote. We can all thank Ted Sorensen for his ability to write clear uplifting speeches.
Well thanks for clearing that up marinefreak. I didn't quite get why he had to mention the words secret oaths, and secret societies if he is referring to the eastern block. I had pieced that with the quote I posted, and had came to the conclusion that he is referring to a more preeminent conspiracy, more relative to something like NWO, then communist sovereignty. I am still not convinced that he was speaking entirely about the communist threat of his time.
I am persuaded that it was meant as an attack on Stalinist countries. Whether he might employ a bit of double meaning and use this to warn people about similar movement within the U.S. as well I don't know but I don't think this was really his intention.
I suppose, still i ponder. He had a strong opposition against the federal reserve however, whos board had a big affiliation with international banking institutions who practice to this day unlawful economic enslavement. Some, including myself believe this lead to Kennedy's assassination, and Oswald as the setup. A look back in history will show Andrew Jackson fighting the Second Bank of America back in the 1830s, referring to the foreign stockholders as thieves and a den of vipers. His opposition against the bank lead to an assassination attempt that failed, so it wouldn't be the first time banking powers attempted to assassinate an american president, assuming that was the reason for Kennedy's assassination.
