Legal Murder

How many people would you have killed if murder was legal?
Would you kill? who? why?
How do you think it would change your lifestyle and the people around you?

I know I would have killed atleast 5 people by now.

 

None! Killing in general only starts cycles of revenge which no one benefits off.

 

What if someone attempted to kill you then?

 

Then it is selfdefense, and it would be less likley to start an evil cycle. It is also not upto me that I killed him, and more upto him for attacking me.

 

None... If murder was legal, society as we know it would crumble.

Ehhhhh. Look at old theocratic societies, specifically Middle Eastern and Asian cultures. Honor killings and all that.

 

Let me say this. Some people are alive simply because it is illegal to kill them.

My entire family would be dead in the least.

Suicide is still murder, just self-murder. If you think about it, the fact that it's illegal just goes to show that The Man controls even us.

 

i don't think there is really anything called legal murder, you can kill yourself or may even pursade someone else to suicide or even manipulate someone else to kill someone else but thats still murder and youre part of it

 

Its only illegal if you are caught, even then, it is only illegal if you are proven guilty.

 

No its illegal if you do it. You get punished if you get caught and proven guilty.

If you are proven innocent but you really did it then what is that. They say you didn't do it, but you really did.

 

It means you avoided punishment for an illegal act you comitted. No, what they say is there is not enough proof to say you did do it.

 

What constitutes murder? If you kill someone in anyway other then self defense, is that murder?

When soldiers fight on the battlefield, are they murdering each other?

 

domestic violence? as for soldiers at war, it applies to self defense, its either you kill him or he kill you. as for penalty for death from self defense, its still debatable whether you will be punished depending on jury.

 

How is being ordered self defense? Its hunt or be hunted not self defense.
