ive been cured,.. ahem. ..... single,... for about a year, bit over. ive been so much more relaxed! haha she was kewl but a bit too timid, and fragile, and went a bit nuts in the end. I tend to have weird things happen with my girlfriends parents too. they want me to move in with their family real quick. or they fight me. or they crack onto me. or whatever. odd stuff. they make good stories though haha

ill say one of em which i dont care much for, i was at a mates place, we werent dating.
anyway i had to leave for some reason, i think my mate had somtin early the next day i forget. So her mum calls me a cab, and my mate goes to bed before i leave thinkin id be walkin out the door any second. ... her mum then locks her in her room, i was still sittin on the couch, and her mum brings me a beer and tells me there's no cab coming..... not.. much... happened. but. was still enough to spin me out. i was 16-ish... i think?

i got much better stories than that,.. but ya know. they're a bit private. ha

 

OMG! That is like one of the greatest things that could ever happen to a young man! Ur girl's Mom! Freakin' awesome! I always think about my girl's sister. They are both slamming. Haha! I can only dream...

she was a young mum by the way haha, a hot young mum. i didnt do much but i felt bad, and was hell spun out. if my mate had any idea she wouldve freaked so i didnt stay long aye. couldnt do that to a mate.

dude if you knew my other stories but hahaha gees life is boring now days compared to the things i used to get up to hahaha

I have been with my girl for 5 years and 2 months. We are high school sweethearts and have been given the nickname of "the Old Couple" because we have been together for so long with little to no arguments and all that other high school drama crap. Though there are times where I wish I can just leave and enjoy life without a second body, but as the saying goes:

Some words for those who voted "No". Enjoy your bachelor/bachelorette status to the MAX! Having a significant other is like bargaining with the devil. It will be extremely hard especially when you are in a long term relationship like mine to get the other one to understand what you want to do in life. It took me a while to get her to accept that I will be leaving for basic, but she laid down one condition... There must be a ring. Double U Tee Eff! :-\

 

That's quite interesting.. I would like to know what you mean by "I will be leaving for basic"..

and wow.. 5 years and 2 months.. that's long.. I've been with my girlfriend for about 4-5 months.. but it's a bit weird because until last week, I only saw her 3 times (3x 1 week) and now she finally moved in my city last week.. and we are finally living together.. so even if we are together since april or so, it's still new..

so far I don't miss being alone.. I'm happy with her... but it's the kind of love that hurt as much as it makes me happy.. those first 4 months were painful.

Anyways, the first year is the best year for a relationship. I have been with ym girl for 4 years now and after the first year is when you start to get into real arguments. Enjoy it while it lasts!

 

I moved into my town kinda after all the groups developed, in 6th grade, so I never had a "group" in high school, so I always floated in between

I didn't really have a lot of confidence in high school because of stupid reasons (like not having my own car), so I have never had a real girlfriend, per se

So now I'm on the market for serious, so to speak, but I think I might be scared that I might meet a girl that has already had relationships and is looking for something more long-term than I am

 

How old are you? If your in college (age 18-22ish) there are tons of girls that are looking to "have fun"  If you are out of college(age 22+), then people start to try to be more serious...

 

20 but I'm in a smallllllll school. Only about 1500 students, with a 60:40 male:female ratio, and a lot of internationals who hang out predominantly with their countrymen (i mean people from their country, not just guys from their country)

The Latin American girls are the worst. They go in packs of 6 or 7 to the student center so one of them can buy a f**king snickers...it's like how the hell am I supposed to make an approach?! you gotta find like 5 or 6 wingmen who speak Spanish...

Yeah, I am used to people who cant speak english so I definitely feel ur pain. I am from outside of Philly... No worries buddy! There are so many other fish out in the sea! Ur only 20 yrs old, no rush!
