MAWR Beta Keys!

In what's becoming an ever-confusing spin cycle of beta key competitions, Blizzard is offering 100 more beta keys on their Facebook page sometimes today after 4PM PST. Make sure you're a fan of Blizzard's StarCraft 2 fan page to participate!

PCGamers.co.uk is giving out 100 keys on their site as well!

Lastly, Blizzard is offering a Twitter competition called #SC2Exposure. They want you to link a StarCraft 2 related article from your Twitter account to enter for a beta key. If you need an article to tweet, feel free to use ours! Just copy paste:

Lol, when I first saw this topic I thought MAWR was an acronym for something xD, but I'm not going to bother, too much disappointment if I lose

 

At 630 PDT theres supposed to be a beta key storm. I still want my own key instead of having to use my friends haha

lol they gave out 160 keys, of course none went to me, nor Mako =P

 

UPDATE: 100 Keys were given out tonight, more are supposed to be posted at 10 AM PST tomorrow!

 

I dont see where exactly where your supposed to see the keys on the sc2 fb page all i ever see is the articles and they have bloody nothing in them *shrug*

 

Why Facebook? Why not keep sending e-mails who opted-in?

 

They're images that they post on the main page. You have to be a fan to see them though.

 

This whole deal is annoying.
They should either just make the beta open, or actually send keys to the opt-ins.

A lot of these keys are going to people who are selling them, or just collecting them on multiple accounts.

 

Did they stop sending emails to op-ins? Is This their replace for it, with friend invites?

 

No, they are still sending them to opt-ins, just not very many. Instead of this Facebook deal, I think they should just finally make the beta open, or just send out a lot more through email. It just seems unfair that people tho opted in the day it was available still have not gotten a key, yet people who found the Facebook page a week ago have.

I personally think they should just make the beta open, reset the servers again, and test an even bigger launch scenario.

But i do not think their battlenet 2.0 capacity is big enough for an launch for all who have opted.
Atleast they then would be able to check how big the pressure their servers can check.
Will also kill all beta key selling, that would be nice!
