    So........I'm sorta constipated and it really sucks......Trust me... Shouldnt of said that... Ew. Anyway, so I babysat my brother this summer and we saved like 800 bucks. So my parents were like....well we could buy something from the saved money. My dads someone that reminds me of fenix. Smart and intelligent. But sometimes harsh. So he said to me........Nick, if you can clear out your *** then you can play the 360 which he just bought......So picture this. A little 8 yr old yelling at his older brother to go to the bathroom and go through pain in hell so he can play the 360......:wacko:

    FML I was eating it a month ago everyday. Then I stoped. Its all my moms fault for not buying fiberone.

    You know a lot of normal foods have fiber in them

    Wheat products, potatoes, a bunch of veggies.

    If your only like 12-13 too much fibre can cause those problems as well... Just eat lots of fruit and drink water...also going for a run (if your bowels aren't ripping you apart) can help =D
