i had 40 minutes to think up and write a short story named, a street in New York, it isnt one of my better works, but still quite odd

5) Where you under the influence of narcotics, i.e. Marijuana? -- yes 6, no 7.
6) Understandable.
7) You should've been. Do you live in Austria? yes 8, no 9.
8) Understandable.
9) You my friend, are retarded.

A bit short, but for the rest it's not that bad. Just include some thoughts/feelings next time. That makes quite a big difference. Also, it's "my English essay", not "my essay English".

They make you write in cursive? Rewrite it so it looks better. I don't mean the wording, I didn't bother to actually read it.

I can barely make out your handwriting so I cannot really comment on it. It seems rather short for an essay as well, just a couple paragraphs. From what I can make it out seems like you need some practice.
