Make one of the spellcastors plant a spore within the dead body and let the bodies explode at the enemy speading more spores into newly dead enemies and keep on spreadin until it becomes another virtual epidemic desease like the first one from world of warcraft. > HAHAHA
It was a joke! Here's the real idea. let the spores spread but with less chance of exploding and more less chance of dealing big damage by each spread. Also, the spores will die if they can't find corpses in 5 seconds.
yeah, this spell should only work when the castor is killed by enemy fire, NOT by Consume. I swear, I hate that spell. Defilers can cast like 6 dark swarms with few zerglings consumed, destorying my goliaths... Brings back bad memories... :upset:
i hope you mean defilers cause if your playing someone who uses consume and dark swarm with a devourer then that person is hacking something crazy
Blizzard can easily adapt this to StarCraft, however the Zerg do not deal with the dead and they sure as hell do not like stealing Necromancer spells and abilities.

I don't like this idea. Starcraft should be unique, and not using other games spells. We can come up with much better ideas.

I don't think this would fit SC. At least, give it an other name, cause this is really like the necromancer ability. I like diablo, but I don't want to think of it while I am playing SC. And this spreading is too powerful, No way to survive with a huge army.
They aint Necromancers Plus, bodies don't stay around for ever... I think the amount of time was going to be determined by the graphics settings. You should have this as a purely artistic finish, it doesn't suit SC to raise things from the dead - that's more Warcraft's style. ~Pix~
yea, ill have to agree these moves be stuck in d2/wc, not starcraft. (although in sci-fi spore-infection things always will be the 'uber' race) zergs have terrorist exploding units though, baneling(new) infected terran. Maybe they could let them leave some sort of poisonous gaseous residue (mini psi storm organic)
I dont know the idea seems kinda lame you see a corpse sitting there NOT deterorating you kinda know its a bomb...
