He is grossly misunderstood and frequently attacked by the online community, he does not deserve this. I think he is gutsy just for moving forward with game-movie production, something that film studios have been hesitant to do.
ummm.... wow can i really say something? You don't need to be so sensitive, he OBVIOUSLY just does that for publicity. I would have never heard of him if it wasn't for that. Regardless of what some people's opinions are, people will hear about his antics and want to see his films out of curiousity.
His movies are as dumb as F***. He's responsible for screwing over a ton of good games. When I saw House of the Dead, I felt like shooting myself in the face. He's not misunderstood, he sucks. The only steps he made are missteps.
Well, movies rarely reflect the overall concept of games, whether through graphics or through other things. I'll check out his movies sometime to see if he really is bad. It seems to me that even people who say he is "misunderstood" have no arguement about the movies being bad, though. Even if someone makling movies is "misunderstood" it shouldn;t reflect at all in the movie. when trying somethign new for games made into movies, i applaud. But if people don't like it than the person making them needs to accept it. It's just a matter of opinions, so unless you love him or his movies with a foery passion i really see no reason in minding if their is an anti petition going on.
I saw 3 his movies, believe me, they suck. On the other hand, they're sometimes so stupid, that they're funny.
