ROFLMAO WHAT BAD LUCK FOR THE BURGLAR /caps Atleast he couldn't sue the boxer. I read in the paper that a burglar was sneaking into someones house, seriously injures himself when trying to climb through a windown, near impaling himself on a knife and sues the owner he was trying to steal from.
And won. Honestly though, for the most part, the laws protecting homeowners are pretty good. IMO, and this is really my opinion, the homeowner should be well within his rights to do whatever he or she wants to the would be thief short of murder or torture.

Seriously that's more funny than the stories of people getting stuck in a chimney while robbing a place, or the one funny video of a guy throwing a cement block at a window made of plexi glass which made it bounce back and knock the would-be crook out.
