My girlfriend broke up with me about a month ago. Now spend my time drinking beer and wondering about my future. I´ve never been fine with being single, I just find it painful, sometimes to the point of driving me crazy. The only thing that keeps me going is to think that James Raynor is also at some sort of crisis (just kidding, but there´s some truth in this joke). Any advice will be welcome. Thnks.
Instead of wondering, why don't you try making a future? Now's a good time to do things you've always wanted. Some people say pain fuels ambition to work hard, a chance to show people they were wrong about you/something, etc.

Like my mama always said there's plenty of fish out in the sea or something like that...u get my point! Stop moaning and get up and do something about it. Find something else to keep you going a hobby job past time new skill instrument etc. Life is tough man. dude, that sucks!! you know what i find very helpful when i get depressed... goin out with the guys. lots and lots of fun. gets your mind off of anything if your friends aren't at hand then a big tub of cookie dough and 10 things i Hate about you is another quick fix =P
Dude! I know how you feel! I lost my "significant" other of almost six years before I left and I tried everything to put the pieces back together but with less than satisfying results. It took a while for the whole thing to sink in but when it did, I was glad that I was free again. I am glad that we aren't an item anymore because girls that you never thought of liking you, secretly did and will openly tell you now that you're single! Realize that there are definitely a lot more fish in the sea (with better attributes if you know what I mean) and time will heal the wounds.
