No, it's not. Capitalism, by definition, requires three social classes. The Rich, the Middle Class, and the Poor. Without that last one, a capitalism would not exist. Without a doubt, the Rich Exploit the Poor. Man exploiting Man. In a Communism, men are still exploiting men, just in a different sense. It's generally one man, or a group of men (Dictator; Kremlin) exploiting the rest of the people. It's a quote reflecting the fact that you can rave all you want against either capitalism or communism, but in the end, both sides are wrong.
