Hey guys gonna bug ya again to ask something simple. My friend had taken random photos of me without any permission whatsoever and POSTED THEM ON THE NET with no permission either. They are visible to anyone. Is tehre anyway I can get them removed by using a protection act of some sort? Such as F.O.I.P, etc. If so tell me I really dislike how people take photos of my without permission (I'm w/e about it) but posting it on the net making it visible to anyone is something big. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me thanks =].
he wont just take it off for you? or did he take it off, but it's too late because random people are using it now?

Take a what we call a Salute on vampirefreaks.com. Take a pic of yourself, holding a peice of paper or something with "Username@sitename" and send it to the admins of the site, proving that you are said person in this guys pictures, proving that you have rights to them, cause you are in them. And ask them to remove them.
But what if the admins take those pictures - and put em up without your permission?! But seriously though Rex, do that.
Indeed. If that does happen, then you can take real legal action btw. This should be left alone, unless it is truly necessary.
Ah wow I got so much help from everyone Thanks. Anyways this kid takes pictures and puts them up to humiliate you tog get more friends (Popular -.-) or something, so he won't remove dem. Anyways I have no idea how to contact the admins on facebook. It may seem unnecessary to remove them but this kid is just outstanding annoying. He starts sending people links and getting people to judge so its pretty stupid. Anyways I'll take a photo with the pen and paper and all that and try it. If it doesn't work whats the legal action I can take or w/e? And really everyone thanks for helping me. I just love the people in this forum.
