I was very angry with myself that I found out about the preorder beta deal a few days after it was announced. I wasted many hours on the original SC and opted in for SC 2 the day it was announced, but wasn't lucky. Just started playing over the weekend. Seems like a lot of a fun, most opponents are nice and friendly so far. I'm not gonna bother with strategy questions since there's plenty of info for me to digest still. Just one question, the TOS and beta agreement have to be acknowledged each time I log in?

In Europe we only get the ToS if it's a NEW account or if we have applied a patch. When we log in we don't have to read the ToS. It has to be a bug or an unfixed issue and it shouldn't be that way. Then again it's beta, so you can't complain.
My buddy got into the beta as well and is getting the same thing. I think they just want to bash you over the head with TOS and NDA etc. since it is still closed beta. Mythic did the same thing with warhammer, my other most recent "beta." Although aside from minor balancing, this is essentially a complete game, unlike other half-finished stuff out there, e.g., dragon age awakening.
