The betas been working pretty much flawlessly since i got it until yesterday. I opened it and it prompted me that i needed to update my graphics card drivers which i did, and then i got on and was playing just fine in a 1v1 and the game froze, kind of. Was about 5 minutes into the game and it froze except for I could move the camera, and use the menu, but i couldn't type or exit. So I ctrl + alt + del'ed to close it, and ever since then when I try to launch it, nothing happens. There's another post in here about launching but it seems he gets something open and just can't log in, mine won't do anything at all, doesn't load anything, doesn't open anything. It just does nothing. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? I've looked around and I can't find anything on it.
This happens when you exit sc2 via ctrl+alt+del. When you try again, the executable file wont run. You need to logout/relog onto your computer to get the file to run again. I've had the same issue when I've had to use that to exit bnet when it freezes or crashed in the past.
It worked . Do you have any info on the freezing part? First time it's happened, but just in case it does happen again is there another way to close it without using ctrl alt del?
no, I havent been able to get into sc2 since patch 13. It's patched fine, but I'm getting an error that keeps me from logging in.
