It's seems to be encouraged to pay attention to the boards and spot anything unusual so I thought i'd throw this one out there. Checked the forum rules and don't think this topic would break any and there doesn't appear to be a dupe thread... Did anyone else notice approx a few weeks ago a large news update go up on the frontpage listing in-depth details about some new terran units not released by Blizzard, complete with links to a certain gamer magazine with screenshots and everything? For some reason the post was up for less than 24 hours before being removed as if it was never there. I suspect it was either an issue with info released by Blizz by mistake or an issue with permission for the hyperlinks, however if that was the case I would have expected the post to be partially deleted with a note appended? I won't re-post the info as it was obviously removed for a reason, but does anyone out there recall seeing this post?
Yes, it was a rickroll joke by Hadean, with financial support by me. The units are all fan art and dont exist. It was all a JOKE.
Oh! And there was me thinking I had spotted something meant to be secret :-[ EDIT: It was the "broken" links to the gamer magazine that made it appear to have some truth to it
