because if we saved the world from an alien invasion, saved every live on the planet in a flurry of heroism not seen since the days of mythology, and Jezus himself would come back and join the team, the next day youll all be sucked under a bus for knowing me

One of the best marvel lines ever!

    Just so you know.

Most depressing quote ever. To lazy to find the source again now, but it were Harvard people and such guys who calculated it.

i dont trust calculations like tht that much
you work from a thing you speculate upon, add speculative numbers, and then make a hypothesis, like socrates did, when he said women had 8 more teeth then men

    its from new avengers #11

women 8 more teeth than men???? omg...however their is prove dark matter exists, and it is possible that its really gonna happen(from the quote) ...i don't hope so...torn apart sounds much scarier than beeing pressed into a tiny tiny tiny tiiiny bit of universe(and then we're probably the closest to any life in the universe ;) )

No. There is little to no chance of a collision, since everything will no longer be attracted to each other. You know, whith gravity being reversed and all that. And even if it does, then there is nothing for it to react with. So: we must somehow go to another universe, if such a thing even exists. We may not even be able to travel out of this one before its destruction.

    Don't fret.

Cosmological theories about the fate of the universe change every 30 years or so.

In fact, in cultural studies, the currently predominant theory tends to be an expression of the mood of the time more than any vaunted objectivity, since in a subject is so vast meaningfull predictions are useless.

Even if that were to happen, it wouldn't be in your lifetimes so why bother?
