    I did since as I live in the country bordering with Poland and we are sort of under water in here too.

    Yes, because less than 30,000 people got homeless it's obviously not a flood.
    One thing I'd like to point out that this one didn't happen half a century ago - it's happening now.

    Also Fo®saken, I was always glad we never win in any "greatest natural disaster" category
