As in, euro 2008, does anyone watch/care about it?

 

I don't watch or even care, but that's just me so tv is on when there's a match. It's hard to sleep with all the shouting >.>

Croatia is teh pwn mm, very dramatic ending...bad for the polish tho, they should have won.

 

I watch and care. Italy is SAD. Netherlands are freaking storming through the group stage, to my astonishment and pleasure (ijffdrie you need to get your head out of your butt and SUPPORT YOUR COUNTRY!!). I hope Germany gets creamed in all of their games. I like Portuguese style of play, and Spain's too a little bit. I was traveling during their game against Russia so I missed it but it was really nice to watch the highlights. Anybody in Geneva right now?

I speak Spanish pretty well and have Spanish and Hispanic friends so in my social circles I'm like the "cool American guy" who can understand Spanish when they talk amongst themselves and stuff, so I just like Spanish culture more. The French just seem a lot weirder and less friendly. But when I said I don't like France, I meant the soccer team. I have no problem with France really, I just like Spain better

Gah, germany...I live there. A good friend of mine, he's from portugal, got really mocked today. I hate the german team and I hope they lose against the winner of today's match (turkey or croatia).
