If you need a number 2 - you go do it.

That way - when you die and empty your bowels there wont be anything much to come out.

Also - if you faint there is a small chance you can empty your bowels, so its best that before you go out you do a crap.

Also - doing a crap can make you feel more comfortable later on in the night.

Also - doing a crap can get rid of stomach ache.
