    Probe to 9/10 supply >
    Pylon >
    Probe to 10/10 supply >
Chronos Nexus once pylon goes up and you have probe number 11 coming.
Probe to 10/12 supply > WHILST
Getting that gateway up between 11 - 14 supply.
Continue building probes till you need second pylon and even after that, save some Nexus energy for chronos on the gateway for that fast Zealot to block up.

With terran solo, they'll almost certainly go reapers or marauders if they're hitting you fast.
With zergling solo, they WILL rush you, zerg rushes are a bit easy at the moment but brace for that and just get that zealot out fast along with another.

hes right about terran, i usually get a three or four reapers as early as i can to mess with your ecom, its especially effective against zerg. Protoss are a bit harder with that shield.

My order is similar to Sin's, but I usually 2 Zealots then drop a second gateway then a gas then a CC as soon as I have the mins. An early phase cannon will help against scouting in force (3-4 lings, or a few marines is easily destroyed by one cannon)

If you're going against Zerg or are pretty sure you're going to be facing a ground based assault (MMM) from Terran, tech to Colossi with expanded range as fast as possible. Also, upgrade your Gateway(s) to Warp Gates and keep warping Stalkers for anti-air.

Alternatively, if you're confident, you could tech for a Void Ray rush.

my build order is different from others as i go fast forge fast gas fast expand, at 8th probe being built i build first pylon, then chrono up 2 more probe, build forge, chrono 2 more probe, build cannon behind forge ( which is either in front of or behind front door for fast expand build cannon gate way and assimilators (keep building probes). against terran build two pylons in base and then two cannons for coverage. and the my open ( generally have 16 probes up before i build any units, and i dont tend to build defenceive units either as i warp in to phase prisim with stalkers dts and collosus (oh my) (collosus must walk over) this works well on 2 v2 if you partner is with you in a centralised position, or 1v1 style. after all is said and done after the cybernetics things vary based on what you need to counter ( i ussually build almost all tech so if the scan they have no idea and i can change) hope this helps a little

My starting order so far is pretty much what Sin listed, so I guess that's one thing I don't mess up completely :D

Reapers are really annoying, since they can just kite my zealots all they want. Should I get that cannon against terran, or is just getting Stalkers ASAP good enough?

I would put a canon by your probes Meee, most terran players will mess with your ecom.

Void Ray rushes can be lethal. If you do so, make sure to "Wall In" you rramp. You can build it on a small ramp so that two pylons and a forge block the ramp. its impossible for units to move in or out of your base, plant maybe one or two early cannons while getting a gateway for cybercore, then two stargates. This a very risky strategy, because if he has counters, like mass stalk and figures out what your doing you can be toast. That said I've annhilated players using early voids and mass cannons on a wall. Make sure to also build a line of cannons behind your miners in case he attempts a drop. (Voids are vulnerable to marine and vikings on the Terran side, they own everything else, and hydras and mutas/corrupters should be dangerous, but at the level of the tech tree, if the zerg went straight for mutas your Voids should win, if he has many spores in anticipation of the voids, you may be in trouble.

One weird "fancy" strategy is to make hallucinated units and cause your opponent to see them, so they will make an incorrect build to defeat them...

What do you mean by proxies?

What is a good time to go for expansion? I usually try to do it asap, but I'm starting to think I'm actually doing it too soon :?

Proxy is when you build something closer to the enemies base for a faster attack.
Double proxy gateway is an often used tactic on maps, you send a probe out ASAP , then you build a pylon in their base, or so close to cliffs that the pylon power goes up the cliff.
Then, when the plon is finished, move the probe into the base, drop a gateway, then another when you got the money, and see the destruction of chrono boosted zealots.
I can show you it in practice. Phoenix.qulli :)
