It's Fall and it seems like spiders are everywhere, even out in the damn open. Don't they have natural predators or something that would pick them off?
I find it kind of funny that your screen name is "The Arizonian" yet you apparently live in Washington.
Phoenix is my hometown, but I'm in the Navy and I'm stationed on the USS John C. Stennis which is docked in Bremerton, WA. My record of residence is Phoenix, AZ, meaning I can't vote in Washington and some other stuff. Speaking of which, I am probably going to get an absentee ballot so that I can vote against John McCain in the Senate race.
I found a few black widows along with some half-dead bees. I watched them kill the bees, then sprayed bug spray on them after the fight was over. I have a lot of alligator lizards running around my yard so, bugs aren't too much of a problem. (No I don't live in a canyon, my suberbian area just has a lot of critters).
My dog ate a spider last week... I was carrying it down the stairs and it just lunges in my arms at the spider on the wall next to it Oo
