I was expecting some nifty work-around the accounts and the ability to post anonymously here. I am disappointed, jiffy.

 

I thought of that first, but then realized, that, since you are now a mod, my next ban will be a perma.

Hah I wasn't looking for an opportunity to ban, I was interested in how the concept of what the site with the same name represents could be implemented here. But obviously this isn't about that.

Maybe with the approval from a mod we could make an account, post it's inlog data, and let that account be used for this purpose.

 

One of the biggest reasons dual accounts are outlawed is because it enabled you to take advantage of the mineral system.

As long as it's tied to this thread and this thread stays in Space Junk, I have no objections.

Na, stick with this one. I wanna keep this confined as possible. Any posts outside of SJ and we'll delete the post. Also, we can check the IP of who made the non-SJ post. Repeat offenders and abusers will get in trouble.

 

And by trouble I mean temp ban.

 

Make it called 'Hug' or something, with an easy pass. It gets banned if:

• post count goes above 0

• mineral count goes below 300

 

Na, the account won't get banned, the offender will. Kuv, one of these days I'mma somehow show you how to track IP's here.

 

I found that weird looking interface but it sort of scared me lol. What I meant with that post is that it shouldn't post outside SJ (post count) and shouldn't send anyone minerals (mineral count), because that's just abuse and begging for conflict. So I think the account should be banned too if it gets out of hand, but the poster first, of course.

Yeah. But we can balete singe offenses, and I think we can remove minerals, just give it a punishment or three. And out of hand is the key there imo.

I only glanced at them, to be honest. I plan to get into this modship thing later on though... currently I'm fine with only handling quotes/posts/threads. Nobody else seems to enforce those rules

hrm, tried to register the account with a 10 minute mail account which did not receive confirmation e-mail. Could log in, but not create a thread. Can a mod manually activate an account, or do I need to re-register?

and those rules are totally(<.<) super(>.>) enforced(<.<) by every mod (>.>).
